During the week, the CMO men distributed Bible literature in L'viv. Here, Benjamin Anna places CBC Invites in a bank of PO boxes.

If you can't remember to bring food to the mountains, then put up a sign!
Otherwise, your team mates might not be very happy!
In order to get to the Carpathian Mountains from L'viv, we take a two-hour train ride south to the point where the range begins.
Before departing on the long hike to Ctrelbychi, the guys don their rain gear.
We also took time to grab some food for lunch, as well as some extra water.
This week the whole team completed an intensive Ukrainian language course taught by Kelsie. The learned the alphabet, basic phrases, and also practiced mock conversations between themselves in Ukrainian.
Onward Christian soldiers! (marching as to Ctrelbychi)
Once we arrived in Ctrelbychi, we found this abandoned warehouse (likely once part of Stalin's system of communal farms) and decided to "drop packs." One man would stay behind with the gear while the rest of us distributed Good and Evil's throughout the village.
We dug out the Good and Evil's from our packs (each man carried 12-13 copies) and prepared to depart.
After we finished passing out in Ctrelbychi, we gathered our gear and hiked out of the village, searching for a clear spot to make camp. We found a good spot, and most us were able to get our tents set up before the rain hit.
A few members of our team have the high-quality REI Half Dome tent. Once you set up the poles and throw over the rain fly, you can dive underneath and set up the rest from the inside! A handy feature for CMO guys who often find themselves pitching tents in the rain.
Jet Boil seems to be the most impressive camping stove in the group. At least, it makes the most impressive 'whaumf' when you light it with the gas valve all the way open!
How to cook your dinner when it's raining outside.
The next morning, Andrew woke up to find that he was floating IN his tent. After unstaking it, we saw the lake that had formed underneath.
But at least we all had a nice place to wash up for the day!
Next, we gathered up our Good and Evil's and prepared for the hike to village #2: Bilychi.
We try to camp as far from the main road as possible, so it took a minute to hike out of the camp area.
 Making our way towards Bilychi...
Matthew Day rounds a blind corner on his way to offer someone a Good and Evil. These types of situations are always tense because one never knows what type of dog will be waiting around that corner!
Joshua Dasher hands a local villager a copy of Good and Evil.
 Handing out another copy...
Benjamin Anna gives a G&E to a "baba" (Ukrainian for grandmother).
On the whole, we were met with a very positive response.
Benjamin hands a G&E to a boy passing on his bike. Children tend to be especially excited to receive a copy of Good and Evil.
Benjamin gives copies of Good and Evil to a group of young men near a local store.
At first they were skeptical, but having assured them that we weren't JW's, they took the books and immediately began reading them.
On the way back from the village, Micah Nelson and Joshua Steele got into a camera cross-fire.
 Not really sure who won.
Walking back into camp. This trip we did a lot of walking - over 15 miles altogether!
The next step was to pack our gear and hike back to the main road where we board a bus for L'viv.
The team gets ready to go. On the way back, we passed a few left over Good and Evils in the village of Ctrelbychi (where we had been the previous day.)
Understandably, most of the guys fell asleep during the two-hour bus ride home.
So what do we do once we get home? Set up the tents again so they can dry! So far this year, much of our work in the Carpathians has been done in the rain.
