About Us

Jessie and Teresa Beal began full-time ministry in 1991 by supplying missionaries on the foreign field with gospel literature. Soon after, the Beals commenced working with teams of young people, preparing them for future missionary endeavors. Their first six month project was with a team of 5 young people in Hong Kong in 1995; their next project took them to Kiev, Ukraine with 10 young people in 1997. Currently, six of the Beals’ former team members are serving as full time missionaries in China, Mongolia, Thailand, Ukraine and Australia.

It was during Operation Kiev that the Lord called the Beals to Ukraine as their permanent base of ministry. They have been involved in local Ukrainian churches, holding marriage conferences, teaching Biblical child training, evangelizing, hosting Bible studies and youth meetings in their home, and assisting missionaries in church planting endeavors.

Jessie and Teresa are sent out of First Bible Baptist Church in Rochester, New York. They serve with a group of missionaries known as Euro Team Outreach (ETO). This ministry works to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Eastern Europe while at the same time discipling men in foreign missions. ETO’s outreaches include a Correspondence Bible Course for Ukrainians, large-scale Gospel literature campaigns, home Bible studies, short-term mission trips for young men, and more.

The Beals have now ministered in L’viv, Ukraine since 1999. They have been married eighteen years and have two daughters, Cassia Elisabeth, age 11, and Alexandria Marie, age 8.
